Effective Date: 24 August 2026 · Last Updated: 24 August 2026
🛡️ Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
PeePeeDumDum is committed to preventing child sexual abuse, exploitation and endangerment. We maintain zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation ("CSAE") and Child Sexual Abuse Material ("CSAM"). This Policy applies to every PeePeeDumDum user, account, profile, message, image, video, audio file, link and other form of content or communication available through the platform. PeePeeDumDum is operated by i2interfaces LLP. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Use.
1. PeePeeDumDum Is Strictly 18+
- PeePeeDumDum is a matchmaking and compatibility service intended exclusively for adults.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, create a profile, view potential matches, send or receive interests, communicate with users, participate in voice or video communication, or use matchmaking features.
- A person below 18 may not use PeePeeDumDum even with parental or guardian consent.
2. Underage Accounts
- Users must provide their genuine date of birth.
- Where we reasonably suspect that a person may be below 18, we may immediately restrict the account, prevent communication with other users, request reasonable age verification, suspend the account while reviewing it, permanently terminate the account, remove the profile from discovery, preserve relevant evidence where required for safety or law, and report circumstances to competent authorities where appropriate.
- We will seek to minimise personal data collected for age verification.
3. Definition of CSAE
- For this Policy, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation includes conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, harms or endangers a person below 18.
- This includes, without limitation: grooming a child for sexual purposes; sexual solicitation of a child; sextortion; sexual trafficking of children; requesting sexual images from children; sending sexual content to children; sexualising children; facilitating sexual contact involving children; creating or distributing CSAM; encouraging another person to abuse a child; attempting to arrange sexual contact with a child; and using synthetic media to sexually depict a child.
4. Child Sexual Abuse Material
- CSAM includes images, photographs, videos, recordings, computer-generated content or other visual material depicting or representing sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a child.
- PeePeeDumDum strictly prohibits uploading, sharing, sending privately, linking to, requesting, offering, selling, trading or creating CSAM, soliciting material from children, or directing another user to an external source of CSAM.
- There is no exception for purported humour, fantasy, roleplay, experimentation or private communication.
5. AI-Generated and Synthetic Child Sexual Content
- Our prohibition also applies to synthetic and manipulated content.
- Users may not create, upload, publish, transmit or distribute AI-generated sexual images of children, deepfake sexual imagery involving minors, artificially generated CSAM or CSEAM, altered images sexualising an identifiable minor, cloned or synthetic voices depicting sexual interaction with a child, or any synthetic material intended to facilitate child exploitation.
- Where such content violates applicable law, we will treat it as prohibited unlawful material.
6. Grooming
- Users may not use PeePeeDumDum to establish, develop or manipulate a relationship with a child for sexual purposes.
- Examples include: attempting to move a minor to another messaging platform; asking a minor for sexual photographs; sending sexually explicit material to a minor; normalising sexual behaviour with a minor; offering money, gifts or opportunities in exchange for sexual behaviour; attempting to arrange an offline sexual meeting; encouraging secrecy from parents or guardians; and threatening or blackmailing a child into sexual activity.
7. Sextortion
- Sextortion involving a child is prohibited.
- Users may not threaten to distribute sexual images of a child, demand money from a child, demand additional images, demand sexual activity, blackmail a child, or coerce a minor based on intimate material.
- Suspected sextortion may result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.
8. Child Trafficking and Commercial Sexual Exploitation
- PeePeeDumDum must not be used to recruit children for sexual exploitation, offer children for sexual activity, facilitate trafficking, advertise sexual services involving children, arrange commercial sexual exploitation, or transport or coordinate exploitation of children.
9. Adult Users Encountering a Suspected Minor
- If you believe another PeePeeDumDum user is below 18: do not engage in romantic or sexual communication; do not ask the person for additional photographs or evidence; and do not arrange an offline meeting.
- Use the in-app Report function and select the appropriate underage or child-safety reason. You may also contact [email protected].
10. Reporting CSAE or CSAM
- PeePeeDumDum provides an in-app reporting mechanism.
- Users should be able to report another profile, message or interaction for reasons including: underage user, child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, threat or violence, and other illegal content.
- Reports may also be sent to the Child Safety Officer, PeePeeDumDum Trust & Safety Team, at [email protected].
- Users should not download, forward, copy or redistribute suspected CSAM for the purpose of reporting it. Instead, report the relevant account, content or communication through the available reporting mechanism.
11. Emergency Situations
- Where a child appears to be in immediate danger, users should contact local law enforcement or an appropriate emergency authority.
- PeePeeDumDum should not be treated as an emergency-response service.
12. How We Handle Reports
- When we become aware of potential CSAE or CSAM, we may restrict access to the reported content, disable communication, suspend the relevant account, remove prohibited content, preserve information necessary for investigation or reporting, investigate related accounts, prevent account recreation, escalate the matter internally, and notify relevant authorities where required or appropriate.
- Confirmed severe violations will normally result in permanent removal from PeePeeDumDum.
13. Expedited Removal
- Child safety reports are prioritised.
- Where applicable under Indian intermediary law, complaints involving specified nudity, sexual acts, intimate material, morphed intimate content or impersonation will be handled within the legally applicable expedited period, including removal or disabling access within 2 hours where the applicable rule requires it.
- Other categories requiring expedited removal will be handled within the applicable statutory period, and general grievances will be handled within the applicable statutory period.
- We may act substantially faster where a child appears to be at risk. Nothing in these timelines prevents immediate removal, restriction or suspension.
14. Reporting to Authorities
- PeePeeDumDum complies with applicable child-protection and cybercrime reporting obligations.
- Where required by law or appropriate to protect a child, information concerning suspected or confirmed CSAE or CSAM may be reported to relevant authorities, which may include Special Juvenile Police Units, local police, appropriate cybercrime authorities, national or regional child-protection authorities, and other legally competent authorities.
- Confirmed CSAM may be reported to the appropriate regional authority in accordance with applicable laws and platform obligations.
15. Preservation of Evidence
- Where content may constitute evidence of child exploitation, we may preserve a limited copy or relevant technical information where preservation is necessary and lawful. Access to such material will be strictly restricted.
- Evidence will not be retained longer than required for reporting, investigation, legal obligations, law-enforcement requests, court proceedings and prevention of repeated abuse.
- Removal from public or user-facing areas does not necessarily mean that legally required evidence has been destroyed.
16. Privacy of Children and Victims
- We take particular care with information concerning children and victims.
- We will seek to avoid unnecessary disclosure of a child's identity, contact details, photographs, location, family details, or information capable of identifying a child victim.
- Information will be disclosed only where necessary for safety, investigation, reporting or compliance with law.
17. No Public Identification of Child Victims
- Users must not publish or circulate information that identifies or could reasonably identify a child victim of sexual abuse or exploitation.
- This prohibition includes name, photographs, address, school, family information, contact details and other identifying information.
18. Protection Against Retaliation
- Users may not harass, threaten or retaliate against another person for reporting suspected child exploitation.
- Attempts to intimidate a reporter, victim or witness may result in immediate account termination.
19. False Reports
- Users should report genuine safety concerns in good faith.
- Knowingly fabricating allegations against another person may result in enforcement.
- However, users will not be penalised merely because a good-faith safety concern could not ultimately be substantiated.
20. Prevention Measures
- PeePeeDumDum may use proportionate safety measures including age gating, date-of-birth checks, identity or age verification, reporting tools, blocking tools, abuse detection, rate limits, account-risk signals, human moderation, automated safety tools, repeat-offender detection, and device and account integrity mechanisms.
- Such measures will be implemented subject to applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
21. Communication Restrictions
- Where an account is suspected of being operated by a minor or involved in child exploitation, we may immediately disable messaging, profile discovery, interests, voice calling, video calling, media sharing and other communication functionality.
- We do not need to wait for completion of a full account review before implementing an interim safety restriction.
22. Applicable Indian Laws
- Our standards are intended to operate consistently with applicable Indian laws relating to child safety and online content, including as applicable: the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012; the Information Technology Act, 2000; Section 67B and other applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act; the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended; the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as they become applicable; and other applicable child-protection, cybercrime and criminal laws.
23. App Marketplace Child Safety Standards
- PeePeeDumDum is committed to complying with applicable app marketplace child-safety requirements for social, matchmaking and dating applications.
- Our child-safety programme includes publicly available standards prohibiting CSAE, in-app reporting, processes to identify and remove CSAM, procedures for reporting confirmed CSAM where required, compliance with applicable child-safety laws, a designated Child Safety Point of Contact, and age restrictions preventing minors from accessing matchmaking functionality.
