These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PeePeeDumDum, including its mobile applications, website, compatibility services, matchmaking features, communication features and related services ("Services"). PeePeeDumDum is operated by i2interfaces LLP, D.No.3-85, Near RCM Church, Ponugupadu, Narasaraopet, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh – 522549, India. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PeePeeDumDum.
1. Adults Only — 18+
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use PeePeeDumDum.
- By registering, you represent and warrant that: you are at least 18 years old; you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms; you are legally permitted to use the Services; and information you provide about your age is accurate.
- PeePeeDumDum does not permit child accounts. Parental or guardian permission does not allow an individual below 18 to use PeePeeDumDum.
- We may request reasonable evidence of age where we suspect that an account is being used by a minor. Accounts belonging to or being used by minors may be immediately restricted or terminated.
2. Purpose of PeePeeDumDum
- PeePeeDumDum provides tools intended to help adults discover people, express matchmaking preferences, send and receive interests, find potential matches, communicate with matches, evaluate compatibility, generate astrology-based compatibility information, and participate in related relationship-discovery features.
- PeePeeDumDum is not a marriage broker, marriage guarantor, legal adviser, medical adviser, financial adviser or mental-health professional.
- We do not guarantee that you will receive matches, receive interests, enter a relationship, marry another user, find a compatible partner, receive responses from another user, or achieve a particular relationship outcome.
3. Astrology and Compatibility Disclaimer
- Astrological calculations, compatibility reports, scores, recommendations and similar features are provided for informational, cultural and personal-discovery purposes.
- They do not establish certainty about marriage, relationships, health, fertility, career, finances, longevity, future events or personal safety.
- You should not make important medical, legal, financial or safety decisions solely on the basis of a compatibility or astrology report.
4. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
- You may not: create an account for another person without authority; impersonate another individual; misrepresent your age; provide materially false profile information; use another person's photographs without permission; sell, transfer or rent your account; create accounts to evade a suspension or ban; or permit another person to misuse your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Profile Authenticity
- PeePeeDumDum depends on authentic profiles.
- Users must not materially misrepresent information including identity, age, photograph, marital status, occupation, education, relationship intentions, location, or other information material to another user's decision to interact.
- We may investigate suspected impersonation, fake profiles, fraud and manipulated identities.
6. User Conduct
- You must treat other users lawfully and respectfully.
- You may not use PeePeeDumDum to harass, threaten, stalk, bully, intimidate, blackmail, extort, defame, defraud, or discriminate unlawfully.
- You may not share another person's private information without authority, repeatedly contact a person who has indicated that contact is unwanted, or circumvent blocks.
- You may not operate scams, request money under false pretences, promote trafficking, facilitate prostitution or commercial sexual exploitation, recruit users into fraudulent investment schemes, distribute malware, phish for credentials, conduct unlawful commercial solicitation, or commit or facilitate a criminal offence.
7. Sexual Content and Non-Consensual Material
- You may not create, upload, send, publish, request or distribute: child sexual abuse material; child sexual exploitative material; sexual content involving minors; material sexualising a person under 18; non-consensual intimate imagery; secretly recorded sexual content; revenge pornography; intimate deepfakes; sexually explicit impersonation; unsolicited sexually explicit material; content involving sexual violence; or content depicting or facilitating sexual exploitation.
- These prohibitions apply to public profiles, private messages, images, audio, videos, links and other communications.
8. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
- PeePeeDumDum has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE").
- You must never use the Services to groom a child, contact a child for sexual purposes, sexualise a child, request sexual content from a child, distribute CSAM, facilitate child trafficking, sextort a child, encourage child sexual exploitation, or create synthetic or AI-generated sexual material involving a minor.
- Violations may result in immediate account termination and reports to appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authorities.
- Our Child Safety & Protection Against Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Policy forms part of these Terms.
9. Artificially Generated and Manipulated Media
- You may not use realistic synthetic media, deepfakes, altered photographs, cloned voices or other manipulated content to deceive users about your identity or another person's identity.
- You may not create or distribute synthetic content that depicts child sexual exploitation, depicts non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonates another individual, falsely portrays another person's sexual conduct, facilitates fraud, or violates applicable law.
- Where required by law or platform functionality, synthetic media must be appropriately identified or labelled.
10. User Content
- "User Content" means information or material you submit to the Services, including profile information, photographs, messages, comments, verification submissions, reports, audio, video and other materials.
- You retain ownership of your User Content.
- You grant PeePeeDumDum a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display and transmit User Content solely to operate, secure, moderate, improve and provide the Services.
- This licence ends when the relevant content is deleted, except where continued retention is required for legal compliance, safety investigations, enforcement, backup integrity or legal claims.
- You must have the legal right to upload anything you submit.
11. Reporting and Blocking
- PeePeeDumDum provides mechanisms for users to report inappropriate behaviour and block users.
- You should report fake profiles, underage users, harassment, scams, impersonation, sexual exploitation, child safety concerns, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats, abuse and other unlawful content.
- Reports should be made in good faith. Submitting intentionally false or frivolous reports may itself violate these Terms.

12. Moderation
- We may review reports and use human and technical systems to detect violations.
- Depending on circumstances, we may issue a warning, remove content, restrict features, prevent messaging, require verification, suspend an account, permanently terminate an account, preserve relevant records, block devices or identifiers, or report suspected illegal activity to authorities.
- We may take urgent action without advance notice where necessary to protect users or comply with law.
13. Meeting People Offline
- Interactions initiated through PeePeeDumDum may eventually occur outside the platform. Exercise appropriate judgment.
- PeePeeDumDum does not supervise or control offline interactions between users.
- You remain responsible for deciding whether to meet someone, where to meet, what personal information to disclose, whether to provide another user money, and whether to continue a relationship.
- Never send money or disclose passwords, OTPs or financial credentials because another user asks you to do so.
14. Subscriptions and Paid Features
- PeePeeDumDum may offer subscriptions, compatibility reports, enhanced discovery, additional interests, communication features and other paid services.
- Prices and included features will be displayed before purchase.
- Prices may change for future purchases or renewal periods, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
15. App Store Purchases
- Payments made through Apple App Store, Google Play or another app marketplace may also be governed by that marketplace's terms.
- Subscription management, cancellation and refunds for store-processed purchases may need to be completed through the applicable store.
- Deleting your PeePeeDumDum account may not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple, Google or another third party.
16. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel a recurring subscription in accordance with the method shown at purchase or through the relevant app marketplace.
- Unless otherwise required by applicable law or store policy, charges already incurred may not be refundable merely because you did not receive a match, did not receive a reply, changed your preferences, stopped using the Services, or deleted your account.
- Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
17. Intellectual Property
- PeePeeDumDum, its software, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, interfaces, compatibility systems and other proprietary material belong to i2interfaces LLP or its licensors.
- Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, sell, resell, modify, redistribute, or create derivative services from the Services or proprietary PeePeeDumDum materials.
18. Automated Access and Scraping
- You may not use bots, crawlers, scripts, automated agents or scraping systems to collect user profiles, harvest photographs, extract personal data, send automated messages, mass-create accounts, circumvent limits, train external facial-recognition systems, or build unauthorised databases of users, unless we expressly authorise the activity in writing.
19. Privacy
- Our collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in that Policy.
20. Suspension and Termination
- You may stop using PeePeeDumDum at any time.
- We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account for reasons including violation of these Terms, safety concerns, suspected underage use, fraud, impersonation, harassment, CSAE, CSAM, repeated complaints, legal requirements, or attempts to evade previous enforcement.
- Serious safety violations may result in immediate permanent termination.
21. Evidence Preservation
- Where necessary for abuse investigations, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, litigation, regulatory compliance or law-enforcement reporting, we may preserve information associated with an account even after content or the account becomes unavailable to ordinary users.
- Any preservation will be limited to what is reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.
22. Third-Party Services
- PeePeeDumDum may rely on third-party providers for functions such as payments, authentication, hosting, analytics and communications.
- We are not responsible for independent services operated by third parties except to the extent required by applicable law.
23. Availability of the Services
- We aim to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
- Features may be added, changed, restricted, temporarily unavailable or discontinued where reasonably necessary.
24. Disclaimer
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
- PeePeeDumDum does not guarantee the accuracy, honesty, conduct, intentions, compatibility or background of any user.
- Verification features reduce certain risks but do not guarantee a person's identity, intentions or safety.
25. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i2interfaces LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising solely from another user's conduct, reliance on a compatibility score, reliance on astrological information, an offline interaction, loss caused by information voluntarily disclosed to another user, or unauthorised third-party conduct beyond our reasonable control.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights.
26. Indemnity
- To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses reasonably arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights or unlawful User Content.
27. Grievances
- Grievances regarding the Services may be sent to the Grievance Officer, PeePeeDumDum Support Team, at [email protected].

- We will address complaints in accordance with timelines required under applicable law.
- Complaints concerning intimate imagery, impersonation, sexual content, child exploitation or other urgent safety matters may receive expedited handling.
28. Child Safety Contact
- Child safety matters should be reported through the in-app reporting system or to the Child Safety Officer, PeePeeDumDum Trust & Safety Team, at [email protected].
29. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights and any jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, courts having jurisdiction in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.
30. Changes to These Terms
- We may modify these Terms when reasonably necessary because of product changes, changes in law, security requirements, new functionality or safety requirements.
- Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means.
- Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law. Where affirmative consent is legally required, continued use alone will not replace that required consent.
