🛡️ Processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India)
PeePeeDumDum ("we", "our", "us") is a matchmaking, compatibility and relationship-discovery platform operated by i2interfaces LLP. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal data when you use PeePeeDumDum's website, mobile applications and related services. We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the DPDP Act, 2023, the DPDP Rules, 2025 as they become applicable, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 as amended.
1. Who May Use PeePeeDumDum
- PeePeeDumDum is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Children and persons below the age of 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use the Services.
- We do not knowingly provide matchmaking or dating services to children.
- If we reasonably believe that an account belongs to a person below 18, we may immediately restrict or suspend the account, request appropriate age verification, and delete the account and associated personal data, subject to information that must be retained for safety, fraud prevention, legal proceedings or compliance with applicable law.
- Parental consent does not permit a person under 18 to use PeePeeDumDum.
2. Our Role Under the DPDP Act
- For personal data for which PeePeeDumDum determines the purpose and means of processing, i2interfaces LLP acts as the Data Fiduciary.
- Third-party service providers processing personal data on our behalf may act as Data Processors.
3. Personal Data We May Collect
- Account Information: name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, account identifiers, login and authentication information, and verification status.
- Profile Information (some optional): gender, profile photographs, biography, age, height, marital status, education, profession, employer or industry, languages, mother tongue, religion, community information, family information, diet, smoking and drinking preferences, hobbies, interests, lifestyle information, city/state or general location, and matchmaking preferences.
- Astrology and Compatibility Information: date, time and place of birth, zodiac or astrological information, compatibility preferences, and generated compatibility scores and reports — used only for the purposes explained when you provide it.
- Match and Interaction Information: profiles viewed, interests sent and received, accepted or rejected interests, matches, preferences, compatibility results, search filters, blocks, reports and communication activity.
- Communications: messages, message metadata, sender and recipient identifiers, timestamps, abuse reports relating to messages, and technical metadata associated with voice or video communication. We will not record the content of voice or video calls unless users are clearly informed beforehand and any consent required by applicable law has been obtained.
- Verification Information: photograph or selfie, age evidence, identity verification information, verification result, and fraud or authenticity signals. Where possible, we retain verification results rather than copies of identification documents longer than necessary.
- Payment Information: transaction identifier, product or plan purchased, payment status, subscription and renewal status, refund status, billing country and applicable tax information. We generally do not receive or store your complete payment-card credentials when payment is processed by a third-party payment provider.
- Device and Technical Information: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, browser information, device identifiers, login timestamps, security events, crash and diagnostic information, network information, and cookies or similar technologies.
- Safety and Moderation Information: user reports, block records, moderation decisions, evidence submitted with a report, fraud and scam indicators, harassment reports, child-safety reports and account enforcement history.
4. Information We Do Not Require
- We do not require continuous precise GPS tracking simply to use the ordinary matchmaking functionality of PeePeeDumDum.
- We will not access your contacts, microphone, camera, photographs or similar device resources without an applicable operating-system permission or other appropriate notice where required.
- Permissions should be requested only when required for a specific feature.
5. How We Use Personal Data
- To create and maintain your account, verify eligibility and age, create and display your profile, and provide search and matchmaking features.
- To recommend potentially compatible profiles, generate astrology or compatibility results, and enable interests, matches and communication (including voice or video).
- To process subscriptions and purchases and provide customer support.
- To prevent fake profiles and impersonation, detect fraud, scams and abusive behaviour, protect users from harassment or exploitation, investigate user reports, enforce our Terms, and prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation.
- To detect security incidents, maintain service reliability, perform analytics necessary to improve our Services, and communicate important service notices.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful orders and requests, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- We will not process personal data for a new incompatible purpose without providing appropriate notice and obtaining consent where required.
6. Consent
- Where processing is based on consent, we intend consent to be free, specific, informed, unconditional, unambiguous and expressed through a clear affirmative action.
- We will seek only personal data reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. Optional processing should not be bundled with processing necessary to provide the core service where separate consent is appropriate.
- You may withdraw consent using the relevant account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully undertaken before withdrawal, and may result in some functionality becoming unavailable where that data is necessary to provide the requested service.
7. Matchmaking and Compatibility Recommendations
- PeePeeDumDum may use information including your preferences, profile information, interests, compatibility information and interaction signals to rank or recommend profiles.
- A recommendation or compatibility score does not mean that PeePeeDumDum has verified that two individuals will be compatible, marry, form a relationship or have a successful relationship.
- Astrology and compatibility results are informational tools and should not be treated as guarantees or professional advice.
8. Profile Visibility
- Certain information that you add to your profile is intended to be seen by other eligible users.
- Depending on the feature and your privacy settings, this may include name or profile name, photograph, age, general location, education, occupation, interests, lifestyle preferences, religion or community information you choose to display, matchmaking preferences, and compatibility information.
- Do not place private information such as passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, home addresses or other highly confidential information in your public profile.
9. Sharing of Personal Data
- Other Users: information designated as part of your profile may be shown to other PeePeeDumDum users, and messages you send are provided to their intended recipients.
- Service Providers: we may use third-party providers for cloud hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, OTP delivery, email, push notifications, analytics, customer support, security, fraud prevention, payment processing, voice and video communication, and content moderation. Such providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for their service and must be subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.
- Legal and Safety Purposes: we may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a court order or lawful government request, report suspected criminal activity, protect a person from imminent harm, investigate child sexual abuse or exploitation, report confirmed child sexual abuse material, investigate fraud or cyber incidents, or establish or defend legal claims.
- Business Transactions: if PeePeeDumDum or relevant business assets are reorganised, merged, acquired or transferred, personal data may be transferred subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
10. Sale of Personal Data
- PeePeeDumDum does not sell personal data as a commodity to third parties.
- If our business model changes in a manner that materially changes how personal data is shared or monetised, we will update this Policy and obtain consent where required by law.
11. Advertising and Marketing
- Service-related communications may be sent where necessary to operate your account.
- Promotional communications should be sent only where permitted by applicable law and our consent settings.
- Where marketing consent is required, you may withdraw it without losing access to unrelated core services.
12. Data Retention
- We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably required for providing the Services, maintaining your account, fulfilling the purpose for which it was collected, fraud and abuse prevention, safety investigations, resolving disputes, financial and tax compliance, legal obligations, establishing or defending claims, and cybersecurity and audit requirements.
- When the purpose is no longer served and retention is not legally required, we will erase or anonymise personal data as required by applicable law.
- Certain security, traffic and processing logs may be retained for periods required under applicable Indian law, including minimum retention periods that become applicable under the DPDP Rules.
- Reports involving abuse, fraud, child safety or legal claims may be retained for longer where necessary to prevent repeat abuse or comply with law.
13. Account Deletion
- You may request deletion of your PeePeeDumDum account through available account controls or by contacting us at [email protected].
- After a valid deletion request: your account will be disabled or removed; your public profile will cease being available through normal use; personal data no longer required will be erased or anonymised; and information required for law, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal claims may be retained for the required period.
- Deleting PeePeeDumDum does not necessarily cancel subscriptions managed independently by Apple, Google or another payment provider.
14. Your Data Protection Rights
- Access: request a summary of personal data being processed and relevant information about processing.
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate or misleading personal data.
- Completion: request completion of incomplete personal data.
- Updating: request that outdated personal data be updated.
- Erasure: request deletion of personal data unless continued retention is required for a lawful purpose.

16. Security
- We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process, which may include encryption, secure transport, access controls, authentication, restricted administrative access, logging, monitoring, backups, incident detection, vulnerability management, employee access restrictions and processor security requirements.
- No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

- Where personal data is transferred outside India, we will comply with restrictions or requirements imposed under applicable Indian law.
- If the Government of India restricts transfers to particular countries or territories, we will comply with those restrictions.
19. Children's Privacy
- PeePeeDumDum is an adult-only service.
- We do not knowingly offer matchmaking services to children, permit persons below 18 to create accounts, profile children, behaviourally monitor children, target advertising at children, or facilitate communication between adults and children for matchmaking or dating.
- If an underage account is identified, it may be immediately restricted and removed. Report suspected underage users through the in-app Report feature or at [email protected].

- Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate method such as an in-app notice, website notice or registered contact information.
- Where a change requires new consent, we will seek it before beginning the relevant processing.
